REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a strict No Refund policy. We will allow items to be exchanged within 14 business days of arrival. Items must be unworn, undamaged, have the original tags and proof of purchase. Once item(s) are returned an inspection will be done. If item is deemed exchangeable we will send out the requested size, if not the item will be sent back to you. 

If you would like to start an exchange kindly send us an email at customerservice@92ndanda.com a return label will be emailed to you. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.
